Preferences
Preferences holds settings about how you use Falcon, not about returns. You find it in Settings, in the General group, described as "Appearance, language, support".
Appearance
Choose how the Falcon admin looks:

|---|---|
| Light | Light background. The default. |
| Dark | Dark background. |
| System | Follows your computer's light or dark setting, and switches when it does. |
Click a tile and the change applies right away. You don't need to save.
Saved per browser
Your choice is saved on this browser only. Other staff, and you on another computer, keep their own setting. The return page your customers see is not affected.
You can also switch appearance from the small sun, moon and monitor switch in the Settings menu, next to Appearance.
Admin language
The Language select on the Admin language card sets the language of the Falcon admin. English is the only option today.
This doesn't change what customers see. Customer-facing text is set per language in the return page editor. See Languages.
Get help
The Get help card shows how to reach the Falcon team: email hello@f01lab.com. Every plan gets the same support. It also links to the short guides in the help center.

Support access
The Support access switch lets the Falcon support team view your returns setup when you ask for help. It is off until you turn it on. Access is covered by Falcon's Data Processing Agreement.

Save your changes
- Change the Language select or the Support access switch.
- A save bar appears at the top of the page.
- Click Save. You see "Preferences saved". Click Discard to undo.
Appearance is the exception: it applies as soon as you click it.
